The drive combines high performance with low CO2 emissions, and provides one of the best ratios of performance and efficiency in the market. The new engine is the successor of the current 2015 cr-v with the 2.2-liter four-cylinder turbo diesel (150 hp).
The powerful 1.6 i-DTEC diesel engine delivers 160 hp and a maximum torque of 350 Nm. In conjunction with the 6-speed manual gearbox, CO2 emissions are expected to be below 130 g / km, an average fuel consumption of 4.9 liters of diesel per 100 kilometers corresponds to (11 per cent lower than the current model). Thus, the Honda CR-V is one of the cleanest representatives in its segment.
Combined with the new 9-speed automatic transmission, the projected CO2 emissions (lower than the current model 20 percent) below 135 g / km. This corresponds to an average fuel consumption of 5.1 liters of diesel per 100 kilometers. Additional data were Honda not yet known.

This contrasts with an average fuel consumption of 7.2 liters of gasoline per 100 kilometers (CO2 emissions 168 g / km).
In the all-wheel version of the Honda CR V 2.0 i-VTEC (AWD 5-speed automatic transmission 12.3 seconds) takes on the classic sprint with the 6-speed manual transmission in 10.2 seconds. The top speed is 190 km / h (automatic 182 km / h). Fuel consumption on average to have remained the same: 7.4 liters of gasoline per 100 kilometers, or a CO2 emissions of 173 g / km for the manual switch and 7.5-liter petrol per 100 kilometers and CO2 emissions of 175 g / km for the automatic.
